You can park your boat trailer in the long driveway as there are no restrictions. A large walk-around wood deck surrounds the home, where you can view the bright blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico or the Intra-Coastal, while you sip on a cool one! The home is located on a small quiet neighborhood dead end street approximately a one block walk from the Gulf and the Navarre Beach Bike Path. A Navarre Beach vacation will remind you of days gone by. This Island remains like the beaches you knew (or read about) in the 1960’s. You will not find yourself dwarfed by miles of high rise condos, T-shirt shops. The emphasis is on family and wholesome fun, like swimming, boating, fishing, and eating. The beach house rental property is decorated in a colorful and fun beach motif designed to make the stresses and worries you have at home disappear as soon as you walk through the door. Windows are everywhere, allowing you to bring the waterfront view inside. While the home is elevated, the entire living quarters are located on one floor, so there is no need to climb up and down stairs while you are inside. Downstairs the covered carport provides a shady, breezy and cool retreat for parties/barbeques on a hot summer day. The large living room and kitchen/dining areas are covered in ceramic tile to feel cool under your feet. |
