 Licensed Master Captain for power or sail. My experiences as a charter skipper has produced 100's of crewed charters without one claim for negligence or even a client who was dissatisfied with my performance or the performance of my vessels. Above all else, I am concerned for the safety of my passengers, crew and vessel. Naturally, having a great time was achieved on even the most difficult charters. I have been the registered Captain on yacht/boat delivery US East Coast, Florida, Gulf Coast and The Caribbean.

Professional Work History

1998-2005 --- Founder/owner and operator of Emerald Coast Yachts, Inc. - a Yachting Sailing school/bareboat and crewed charters. Maintained and operated a fleet of Sailing and Power yachts from 28' to 50' including cruising catamarans. Provided sailing and power instruction through Advanced Coastal Cruising including Cruising Catamaran  for over 400 students, 250 bareboat charters and hundreds of crewed charters. I have retired from this organization.

1992-2005 --- Founder/owner of Tech Star Systems, LLC a computer network management and web  site development/web site marketing company.  TSS is known for it's team concept in providing outstanding customer service in the technology industry. I am now retired from this organization and TSS is now managed and owned by my son Aaron Crouch.

I am Skilled in all aspects of yachting - including piloting, maintenance, management, marketing and most importantly customer relationships. I have a strong electronics and electric background as well as many years of maintaining yachts. Every problem you can think of I have had and solved. I  have logged over 10,000 miles as a charter skipper.
