Jost Van Dyke named after a Dutch Pirate is the third largest of the BVI, with a population of 200.  Can you imagine, Vickie and I found ourselves wondering about the gene pool and at some point wouldn't everyone be related to each other?  What must it be like to grow up and spend your life on such an isolated island?  At any rate this being our third night it was Bill and Tim's turn to cook, so we went ashore and had dinner at Foxy's.  The food was outstanding, I had grilled Mahi-Mahi covered with onion and garlic, the fish was cooked just right, melted in my mouth. Bill and Vickie had a real interesting Caribbean chicken - potato dish wrapped in breadtype wrap and Tim had the best meal - steak.  All of the food was excellent.  Since  Jost Van Dyke is the island that originated the very fruity rum drink "Painkiller" we all felt the obligation to try one - very good and does kill pain. The next morning Tim &Vickie practiced their dinghy skills while Bill and I got some extra sleep. By mid morning we were off to Norman island.
